How can I get a degree certificate from Pune University if not collected at convocation?

If you miss your convocation and not collected your degree certificate then don’t worry follow the below instruction and you will get your degree certificate.

Step 1– Create Account on Pune University website

Step 2- Fill the Convocation Application Form

Step 3- Pay Fee through Challan or Online payment methods

Step 4- Submit to Pune University Student Facilitation Center or Post

1) Create Account on Pune University website

1. Click here to create an account on Pune University website
2. Enter-> Username, Password and Email

2) Fill the Convocation Application Form

1. Log in and click -> Online Application Form
2. Fill Convocation Application Form
3. Submit application and new preview page window open
4. Verify all details and click -> Update button
5. Click -> Confirm and Print and take 2 print copy

3) Pay Convocation Fee

1. Click here to calculate convocation fee
2. After, pay your fee through Challan or Online payment methods

4) Submit Application to Pune University Student Facilitation Center-

• Submit your application to Pune University Student Facilitation Center or Post to Convocation Department, Examination Section, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune – 411 007

• Necessary document-
  1. Challan or Online Payment Receipt
  2. Final year Marksheet
  3. Application Form
